The duties of the Warehouse Team Leader will be:

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Setting clear team goals • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
• Overseeing Day to Day operation
• Managing a team of 4 Warehouse Packers
• Monitoring team performance
• Discovering training needs and provide coaching
• Listening to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In depth knowledge of performance management
• Good PC skills
• Be able to read and write in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Decision making skills

Salary for the role is £23,000

Benefits include 29 days holiday including bank holidays, car parking, social events, staff discount, pension scheme after 3 months

Hours of work are 8.15am – 5pm, 39 hours per week Monday – Sunday on a rota basis, you will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends
