WINNER Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client for an experienced Fabricator/Welder. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, working on medium to heavy fabrication structures in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for manufacturing structural components from technical drawings, ensuring precision and quality at every stage. You will work with a variety of materials, assisting with both workshop and on-site operations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings.
- Cut, weld, and assemble materials to exact specifications.
- Maintain material traceability and complete required documentation.
- Assist with goods-in processes, including unloading and stock checks.
- Operate overhead cranes and maintain workshop safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure all work complies with quality and HSEQ standards.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Essential:
- Experience in medium to heavy fabrication & welding (NVQ or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- CSCS Card and experience using overhead cranes.
- Qualified to use plasma/oxy cutting equipment.
✅ Desirable:
- Site work experience.
- Forklift licence & full UK driving licence.
