Process Manager – 6-Month FTC

 

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term (6 months)
Shifts: AM (06:00–14:00) or PM (14:00–22:00), 5 days over 7 (some weekends)

 

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading logistics and parcel delivery brands, known for innovation, scale, and operational excellence.

As a Process Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading high-volume hub operations during a time of growth and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven operations leader to step into a fast-paced environment, bring fresh perspective, and make a measurable impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the execution of shift operations across key processing zones, ensuring performance meets and exceeds SLA and productivity targets

  • Inspire and coach frontline teams to deliver consistently high standards across sortation, scanning, and dispatch

  • Champion operational excellence by driving process improvements and maintaining robust safety, quality, and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve flow, and enhance the overall delivery experience

  • Report and analyse performance data to identify trends, track KPIs, and influence decisions at the operational level

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in warehouse, logistics, or distribution leadership, ideally in a time-sensitive, high-volume setting

  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, and people management

  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels

  • Data-literate and confident using systems and tools to track, report and improve performance

  • A proactive mindset – adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
