Warehouse Operatives/ Reworkers – Northampton NN7
 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
 Location: Northampton NN7

 Shifts:
• AM Shift: 06:00–14:00 (Monday to Friday)
• PM Shift: 14:00–22:00 (Monday to Friday)
Fixed shift pattern – no rotation

We are currently recruiting Warehouse operatives/ Reworkers to join a busy logistics operation in the Northampton NN7 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time work with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
• Reworking and repackaging goods to meet quality standards
• Labelling, scanning, and inspecting products
• Sorting and assembling items as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to health & safety procedures
• Meeting daily performance targets

 Requirements:
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
