Warehouse Operative – Night Shift (Picking & Packing)

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: £13.21 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy night shift team at Magna Park, Lutterworth—one of the UK’s leading logistics hubs.

 Your Role Will Include

•              Picking and packing customer orders with precision

•              Building and wrapping pallets for dispatch

•              Lifting boxes weighing 5–8kg throughout your shift

•              General warehouse duties including stock movement and maintaining a clean workspace
