We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (HGV Class 1 / C+E) Walking Floor Drivers to join our growing transport operation based in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for consistent work, competitive rates of pay, and long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 1 Walking Floor vehicles across planned routes
• Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting procedures
• Deliver and collect loads efficiently while maintaining excellent safety standards
• Ensure compliance with tachograph, driving hours, and transport legislation
• Complete all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
• Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the business

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience required
• Previous Walking Floor experience preferred
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of driver regulations and road transport legislation
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
