Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of client contracts across the region. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in team development, service excellence, and operational efficiency, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and innovation.

The role :

  • As a Contract Manager, you will take full ownership of your client contracts
  • Ensure that contracts are delivered to the highest standard, on budget, and in line with client expectations
  • You will lead and develop your operational team, provide clear leadership on Health & Safety, and work collaboratively with your regional colleagues to drive business growth.
  • Lead the operational delivery of client contracts, ensuring top-tier service, safety, and financial performance
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, regularly liaising in person to address issues, suggest improvements, and enhance services
  • Identify and implement service changes, managing operational and financial impacts
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team, promoting a positive, high-performing culture
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies
  • Drive monthly performance targets, reporting on progress and taking proactive steps to improve efficiency
  • Complete job pricing and administrative tasks accurately and on time

What you need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential ideally 5 years within a grounds maintenance environment and 2 years supervisory
  • Relevant qualifications- BSc in Horticulture. Or C&G / NVQ Amenity Horticulture and HND in Landscaping
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and initiative
  • First-class communication and client relationship-building skills
