Reach Truck / Bendi Forklift Operators – Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17)

Pay Rates:
• Days: £12.66 per hour, rising to £13.03 after 12 weeks
• Nights: £13.68 per hour, rising to £14.26 after 12 weeks

Shifts:
• 4 on / 4 off – Days: 06:00–18:00
• 4 on / 4 off – Nights: 18:00–06:00

We are recruiting Reach Truck and Bendi Forklift Operators to join a well‑established operation based in Magna Park. This role is suited to individuals who are safety‑focused, detail‑driven, and looking to work within a supportive and high‑performing warehouse environment.

Role Responsibilities
• Operate Reach or Bendi forklifts to move, stack, and organise goods
• Load and unload deliveries accurately and safely
• Complete daily equipment checks and follow all health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve operational targets and KPIs

Requirements
• Valid Reach Truck licence (Bendi licence also accepted)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physically fit to manage active warehouse duties
