We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Night Operations Manager to join our Coventry Hub, overseeing a fast-paced parcel and logistics operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the night shift team and take full responsibility for inbound collections and trunking operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and manage a night shift team of approximately 10 staff
• Oversee inbound parcel collections and trunking activities
• Ensure operational KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, with parcel experience essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• CPC qualification (desirable)
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
