Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Mini Bus Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and on time, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a mini bus in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

  • Transport passengers to and from designated locations on time.

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during the journey.

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, tires, and general cleanliness.

  • Report any mechanical issues, damages, or incidents to management promptly.

  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking when required.

  • Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and passenger numbers (as required).

  • Follow scheduled routes and adapt to changes or delays as needed.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license 

  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in passenger transport.

  • Clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic regulations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Physically fit to assist passengers when needed.

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings if required.

Desirable

  • Previous experience driving a mini bus for schools, community groups, or transport services.

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

  • First Aid or Passenger Assistance Training (PAT) certificate.
