MACHINE OPERATIVE
Winner Recruitment are looking for Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Aston
in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company
This will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hours
Monday – Thursday 07.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 6.00am – 12.30
Duties Will Include:
- Working on a fast paced production line
- Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements
- Operating bespoke machinery
- Loading the machine and Machine minding
- Assembling Parts and products
- Quality Checking and inspecting Parts
- Any other general factory duties
Experience and skills required for this role include:
- Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating
- Be Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Attributes needed for this role:
- Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,
- Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
- Have a strong work ethic
- A good understanding of English both written and spoken
