Here at Winner Recruitment, we are working with a leading Service Provider who are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team and help deliver world-class facilities management solutions across a single site in Enfield, London

The role will involve performing planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical assets such as HVAC systems, BMs systems, PU units, and Heating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across all mechanical systems in line with site schedules and asset lists.
  • Respond to reactive and breakdown calls, identifying faults quickly and delivering efficient, lasting repairs.
  • Independently diagnose issues across HVAC, plumbing, and plant systems, with a strong emphasis on fault finding and technical problem-solving.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed in line with HTM, BS, HBN, and SFG standards.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including shift handover reports, maintenance logs, and repair records.
  • Proactively identify and report improvements across building services, including concessionary stores and site fabric.
  • Work closely with the operations manager and supervisor on complex fault resolution and project planning.
  • Manage and report on spare parts availability, providing parts lists and estimated timelines for remedial works.

Candidate:

  • As an Electrical Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds/NVQ in plumbing
  • The candidate must have strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as heating, HVAC, PU units, BMS systems
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
