We are actively seeking enthusiastic ECT’s for day to day supply across schools in the Staffordshire .
We’re working closely with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Staffordshire Area , who are willing to book eager ECT’s for supply work starting in September 2025

- A Qualified Teacher (QTS) who has recently completed or is about to complete their PGCE / teacher training
- A passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to classroom teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn, reflect, and grow as a professional educator
