Job Title: INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Location:

Halifax

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.00pm with an early finish on Friday.

Salary:

£35,000 + commission, 1st year on target earnings of £45,000

Job Duties:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Experience:

Previous experience in a similar sales role is essential

Knowledge of the timber industry would be advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

 Working Conditions:

This role involves working in an office environment, regular client meetings, and occasional travel may be required.
