 Gatehouse Administrator

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and book in all incoming drivers at the warehouse gatehouse
• Log vehicle arrivals and departures using internal systems
• Check driver documentation and assign loading/unloading bays
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
• Monitor site access and uphold safety and security procedures
• Handle transport-related calls and emails professionally

Skills & Experience
• Experience in gatehouse, transport admin, or warehouse admin roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Clear communicator with a calm, professional approach
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
