Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators – Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17)
We are recruiting Reach Truck and Bendi Forklift Operators, including newly passed drivers, to join a well‑established operation based in Magna Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their warehouse career in a supportive, safety‑focused, and high‑performing environment.
Pay Rates:
• Days: £12.66 per hour, rising to £13.03 after 12 weeks
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days: 06:00–18:00
Role Responsibilities
• Operate Reach or Bendi forklifts to move, stack, and organise goods
• Load and unload deliveries accurately and safely
• Complete daily equipment checks and follow all health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve operational targets and KPIs
Requirements
• Valid Reach Truck, Counterbalance or PPT licence
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physically fit to manage active warehouse duties
