Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to join our Air & Ocean Freight team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Air & Ocean Freight sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure new business deals and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Air & Ocean Freight industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience + EXCELLENT COMMISSION
