Winner Recruitment are hiring Class 1 Day Drivers for our client in Crawley.
We are growing, we are stable, and we are looking for talented and aspiring drivers to join our friendly, professional team.

Pay & Benefits:

• £17.23/hour

• Overtime after 10 hours (weekdays) paid at 1.25x

• Saturday overtime at 1.50x

• Periodic CPC training arranged and funded by the company

• Modern (<3 years) eco-friendly fleet with electric pallet trucks

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

The Role:

• Delivering palletised freight across the South East and general haulage

• Potential cover in 18t, 12t, and 7.5t vehicles

• Maintain positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional service

• Comply with driving hours and working time directives

• Complete accurate paperwork and maintain vehicle safety checks

• Safe loading/unloading and ensuring security of loads

• Follow all company health & safety policies

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays (1 in every 6–8 weeks)

• Varied start times and routes each week

• FORS-accredited training provided in-house

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 licence

• Digital tacho card

• CPC qualification card
