Location: Hinckley (On-site)

Salary: £12.71 to £13.33 per hours (DOE)

Winner Recruitment is a successful, award-winning recruitment agency working with clients across a range of sectors throughout the UK. We’re looking for an organised and motivated Onsite Account Coordinator to join our growing team and manage one of our key client accounts.

The Role

Based at our client’s site in Hinckley, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the account, maintaining excellent client relationships, and supporting our temporary workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the onsite account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.
  • Recruit, induct and support temporary workers.
  • Ensure client staffing requirements are met.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels.
  • Handle worker queries, attendance, performance and retention.
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
  • Report incidents and manage accident documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to the Account Area Manager.
  • Support the team during busy periods, weekends and bank holidays when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, onsite management or account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
