Project Manager

Based West Yorkshire (Travel UK)

£45,000 – £50,000

Our client is looking to expand their current team due to increased order books. They are a fit out contractor primarily working within the reatil fit out sector. Project values are up to £1m. As a fit out contractor projects are based all over the UK so you will be required to travel and stay over due to site locations.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals and monitor progress.

Role & Responsibilities  :

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects from inception to completion
• Manage various contractors across multiple skill sets across all projects
• Work closely with the in-house design team for all fit out projects
• Delivering multiple projects across the UK
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Collaborative with cross-functionally teams to achieve projects objectives
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment
• Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports

What you need :

• The Project Manager must have previous experience within the retail fit out sector.
• You will need a minimum CSCS Gold, White or Black Card, SMSTS. 
• Organised, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Client facing and confident with contractors
• Our client will consider a Site Manager looking to progress
