We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee external building works, including brickwork, cavity wall construction, and other structural elements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site management and be confident in liaising with tenants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and manage all external construction works on-site
✅ Ensure Health & Safety (H&S) compliance and enforce site regulations
✅ Effectively communicate with tenants and clients, ensuring minimal disruption
✅ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
✅ Maintain and complete site paperwork, reports, and risk assessments
✅ Troubleshoot site issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager in external building works
✔ Strong understanding of brickwork, cavity walls, and general structural work
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage H&S regulations and site safety procedures
✔ 1st Aid certification (essential)
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
