Role Overview:
As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal components according to precise specifications. You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Perform accurate measurements using calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools

• Adjust machine settings and tooling as required for different jobs

• Ensure components meet quality and dimensional standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company safety procedures

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report equipment faults as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience operating a press brake

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with CNC programming or editing
