FACTORY OPERATIVE

Due to growth we are looking for Assembly and Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Perry Barr in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company

This will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hours

Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm

Duties Will Include:

• Working on a fast paced production line
• Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements
• Using hand tools and Operating  welding machinery
• Assembling Parts and products
• Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping
• Quality Checking and inspecting orders
• Any other general factory duties

Experience and skills required for this role include:

• Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating and assembly
• Be Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,
• Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
• Have a strong work ethic
• A good understanding of English both written and spoken
