Role Overview:
As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide professional advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, supporting both managers and employees. You will be a key point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and HR projects, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees.

  • Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

  • Assist with HR projects, including policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational change.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.

  • Provide data and reports to managers, supporting decision-making and workforce planning.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor or similar HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) desirable.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
