Role Overview:
As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide professional advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, supporting both managers and employees. You will be a key point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and HR projects, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees.

Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Assist with HR projects, including policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational change.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Provide data and reports to managers, supporting decision-making and workforce planning.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a HR Advisor or similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) desirable.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
