Contract Support (Facilities Management)

Location: Milton Keynes Contract Type: Temp to Perm Salary: £14.43 per hour Working Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Support professional to join a busy Facilities Management (FM) contract. This is a key role providing administrative, financial, and operational support to the Contract Manager and wider site team, helping to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of FM services.

This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, experience in FM or a similar environment, and confidence working with clients, engineers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the FM contract

  • Raise and process purchase orders and manage invoices

  • Support budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting

  • Maintain contract documentation, KPIs, compliance records, and reports

  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activity

  • Support audits, health & safety documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Update CAFM systems and ensure data accuracy

  • Assist with meetings, minutes, and contract reviews

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Contract Support or FM administration role (essential)

  • Strong understanding of Facilities Management environments

  • Confident using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good financial awareness (POs, invoices, cost tracking)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Desirable

  • Experience working on hard and/or soft FM contracts

  • Previous experience supporting contracts within commercial, public sector, or social housing environments

  • Knowledge of compliance, H&S, and SLA/KPI reporting
