Location: Covering multiple sites across Bristol
Salary: £30,000 + Company Van
Shifts: 08:00–12:00 & 17:00–20:00
Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaner ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Bristol. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards while leading and supporting a team of cleaners across your allocated sites.
This is more than just a supervisory role – the company is looking for someone with ambition and potential, offering a clear development pathway into an Account Manager position.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites in Bristol
- Carrying out cleaning duties to ensure exceptional standards are maintained
- Conducting site visits, inspections and quality audits
- Managing staff performance and providing on-site support and training
- Building positive relationships with clients and responding to any site requirements
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
About You
- Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple sites effectively
- Ambitious and eager to progress into a management role
