Winner Education are recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our primary school clients in the Kings Norton area. This is a full-time, short-term position starting in September.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant must:

Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.

Have experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum.

Be able to adapt learning resources to suit pupils of different abilities.

Have previous experience working with primary-aged children.

Be enthusiastic, patient and resilient.

Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or have substantial experience as an unqualified Teaching Assistant or Child Support Worker.
