About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our Clients team. This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for callers, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Take messages and relay them to necessary teams.
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with basic data entry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable
