All you can ask from an Agency is that the job role is appropriate (location, responsibilities) and that they keep you informed every step of the way during the process. Chris was able to get me two interviews during my short spell of unemployment, both of which were good matches, and was in constant communication regarding these. Now working for one of them and without doubt Winner are one of the better agencies out there on the market.

I have applied for winner recruitment through indeed, I received a response within a few days, and was asked for an informal interview on teams and then followed with a formal interview a few days later. Overall the process has been very smooth and i have been contacted a few times from Sophie to check how the interviews have gone and a general check up, which i think it’s very welcoming.
