Finance Administrator

We are working with a leading contractor seeking a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support their busy commercial and finance teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration experience, particularly within a contractor, subcontractor, or supply-chain environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial administrative support to the team

Raise and process purchase orders (POs)

Manage PO tracking, approvals and updates

Chase suppliers and subcontractors for invoices and supporting documentation

Handle invoice queries, discrepancies, and approvals

Assist with accounts payable processes and supplier liaison

Run finance reports and maintain accurate financial records

Support wider commercial and administration duties as required
About You

Experience working for a contractor, subcontractor, or within supply chain administration

Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processes

Confident in chasing information and resolving invoice queries

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Proficient in IT systems and comfortable working with financial data

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
