Job Title: Part-Time Administrator

Location: Rugby Town Centre  – 3 days in office, 1 day remote
Hours: 5 hours per day (20 hours per week)
Reports to: Operations Manager / Managing Director

£13,000 PA 

 

Winner Recruitment are currently looking for a Part time Administrator to join there client team based in Rugby Town Centre for an award winning Marketing Agency. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.

  • Month end reporting – Financial experience advantageous 
  • Support the finance function with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.

  • Help coordinate internal and client meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and equipment needs.

  • Assist with HR administration such as onboarding new staff, maintaining holiday records, and updating personnel files.

  • Support marketing and project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks and campaign coordination.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and organised office environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a marketing, creative, or agency environment is a plus).

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) is beneficial.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Working Pattern

  • 3 days per week in the office (flexible schedule to suit team needs)

  • 1 day per week working from home

  • 5 hours per day (20 hours total per week)
