Senior Project Manager – £55,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Location: Gillingham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays
Contract Type: Permanent

Are you a proven leader in project delivery within the Fire & Life Safety or building services sector? We’re working with Senseco Systems, a respected and growing specialist, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value projects from inception to completion.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll manage multiple stakeholders, drive commercial performance, and deliver technical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead full project lifecycle: feasibility, planning, delivery, and close-out

  • Define scope, budgets, and schedules; allocate resources and set clear objectives

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

  • Manage project finances: cost control, applications for payment, and margin protection

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and act as the main point of contact for clients

  • Mentor junior team members and support peers on complex challenges

  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations

  • Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership and clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Project Management experience within the Fire Industry or related technical sectors

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and ideally CDM Regulations

  • Commercially minded with experience in budget control and profitability tracking

  • Strong understanding of fire systems, compliance, and technical delivery

  • Confident communicator with clients and internal teams alike

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning tools

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
