Admin Support Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and well-organised Senior Office Administrator to support their busy Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a leading company and contributing to a friendly and professional team. The office is based in the Aston area

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Answering phone calls and handling general email correspondence
  • Assisting with document preparation and internal communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting with invoicing and orders

Office Admin Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior admin support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
  • Advanced Excel User
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently and as part of larger team

Office hours :

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Fridays 8.30am – 1.30pm

Pay Rate dependent on Experience up to £14.00 per hour
