Job Title: Administrator (Data Handling Focus)
Location: Reading
Contract: 3–4 Month Temporary Assignment

About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Administrator to join our team in Reading on a 3–4 month temporary contract. A key part of this role will involve transferring and handling data between systems, so strong accuracy and IT skills are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy team during a key data transition project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy

  • Transferring data between internal systems and ensuring consistency

  • Supporting with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and inbox management

  • Assisting with document formatting and record keeping

  • Liaising with internal departments to clarify or verify data where needed

  • Maintaining confidentiality and data protection compliance throughout

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in an admin or data entry role

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and general database systems

  • Strong attention to detail and methodical working style

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team

  • Strong communication skills and a professional approac
