We’re Recruiting! Project Coordinator – Support our clients Company’s Project Team

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for project coordination? Our client, a well-established educational establishment are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team! As part of this role, you’ll be working closely with the Project Manager, supporting them across a variety of exciting projects in furniture installations and refurbishments,

Role Overview:

In this position, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of a variety of projects, from small-scale furniture installations to larger refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • As a Project coordinator you will prepare specifications, ensuring all project specs are accurate and ready for implementation.
  • You will be responsible for finding suppliers & Getting Quotes by researching suppliers, securing competitive quotes, and assisting with vendor management.
  • As a project coordinator you will be supporting the financial aspects of projects by raising purchase orders on time.
  • You will be assisting in managing the progress of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager.
  • Help prepare detailed specifications for each project.
  • Identify suppliers and manage the quoting process.
  • Raise and track purchase orders to ensure project needs are met.
  • Assist with day-to-day project management for both small and large-scale projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • As a Project coordinator you must have previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • You must have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • As a project coordinator you will have excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to manage various projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A background or interest in the furniture, refurbishment, or construction industry is a plus.
