Class 1 ADR Trampers – Ellesmere Port 

Location: Ellesmere Port 
Pay: £18.25 per hour
Night Out Allowance: £25.00 per night
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Average Shift: 10 hours

The Role

We are currently looking for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers to join our team, working out of our Ellesmere Port depot on a Monday to Friday tramper operation.

This is a great opportunity for a professional HGV driver looking for consistent weekday work, competitive pay and regular night-out allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 (CE) vehicle on scheduled deliveries.
• Carry out ADR-compliant transport of goods.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.
• Complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Comply with UK drivers’ hours, working time and tachograph regulations.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and professionalism.
• Follow all company, site and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (CE) HGV licence.
• Valid ADR licence – required.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Previous Class 1 experience.
• A good understanding of drivers’ hours and tachograph regulations.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
