WINNER Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading facilities management company in the search for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor. This is a high-impact role surveying a portfolio of up to 30 capital projects, with individual project values ranging from £50,000 to £400,000.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a wide range of refurbishment, structural, and upgrade projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will survey up to 30 projects at one time
• You will conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and condition surveys to define project scope and requirements and prepare and manage specifications, drawings, and tender documentation
• As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project coordination
• You will monitor contractor performance and manage on-site delivery to mitigate risk and avoid delays
• As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will mentor and support junior members of staff providing training and supporting with your knowledge
• Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Support budget control, contract management, and procurement processes as required

Candidate:

• As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be RICS qualified (or working towards this)
• You will have experience of overseeing multiple capital projects at one time
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will have experience of supporting junior member of staff
