Winner Recruitment are currently supporting one of the largest Pharmaceutical Distribution companies in the UK with the recruitment of their new Warehouse Quality and Stock Administrator.

You will be joining the business on a permanent basis, there are two different shifts available Sunday – Thursday 12pm – 8pm and Tuesday – Saturday 12pm – 8pm

The role will encompass Administration, Quality and Inventory aspects and you will be required to use the Manhattan system, experience with Manhattan would be beneficial, and previous stock and inventory experience would also be beneficial.

The duties of the Warehouse Quality and Stock Administrator will include:

  • Dealing with customer orders as they come in
  • Identifying appropriate stock by batch and location to make available for picking
  • Re-assigning task to pickers as required
  • Re-printing labels as required
  • Ensure the orders are picked in the correct sequence
  • Ensuring integrity of stock file is accurate through daily checks and investigating as required
  • Completing PI and quality checks to support and maintain the integrity of the stockpile and reach KPI targets
  • Completing the disposal process and stock returns
  • Ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc tasks are carried out to the highest standard within the required timescales
  • Supporting all stock takes as and when required
  • Ensuring correct product set up for all new inbound and maintaining inventory records

The ideal Warehouse Quality and Stock Administrator will have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Manhattan system
  • Experience of stock and quality inventory
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to use a computer
  • Excellent written, speaking and reading English
  • Excellent attention to detail

The salary for the role is £24,860

Hours of work are 12pm – 8pm, there are 2 shifts available Sunday – Thursday and Tuesday – Saturday
