Job Description

Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join a leading worldwide manufacturing company. They design, produce and distribute products into the retail industry. This role will be based at their head office in Kings Heath and you will be vital part of the Merchandise team.

(This role is maternity cover for a 9 month period, however the company have said they will find another role within the company once the maternity period is up)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To receive orders via email
  • Raise orders on the internal system
  • Check stock and advise customer of availability/delivery schedule
  • Arrange the matching/ordering of labels to compliment these orders
  • Provide any supporting documentation that may be needed for these orders
  • Liaise with the internal Accounts and Warehouse teams in UK & HK to ensure the speedy processing and dispatching of such orders
  • Liaise with Merchandise team to ensure any stock shortages are managed
  • Deal with any ad hoc queries that may arise over email and telephone and send across outstanding orders report or chase payments
  • Arrange credit notes/invoices where necessary
  • Update order forms weekly with stock availability
  • Liaise with ILG sales team that cover the various territories to resolve any queries that might arise
  • Update UK sales team on outstanding orders and their status
  • Arrange any required spare parts or deal with any warranty queries
  • Update pricing charts each season

The salary for this role is £19.500k

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm – Half an hour lunch
