An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Winner Recruitment Driving team in Warrington.

Base Location: Burtonwood WA5 4AH, Warrington

Working week: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00

Working hours: circa 40 hours per week (includes on call duties at weekends)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team as well as independently and have a great attention to detail. Must show confidence when managing drivers and building a relationship with the client. You will be working mainly on our clients site, supporting their transport team closely with planning drivers, booking assessments and running payroll weekly alongside your colleague. Key Responsibilities:

•Effectively manage the recruitment process from beginning to end with emphasis on workforce retention

•Actively seek suitable candidates for known vacancies

•Contacting and communicating with suitable candidates informing / selling the vacancies available via phone, text message, social media and email

•Keep a record of suitable candidates contact details in line with GDPR

•Schedule and carry out registration of any new candidates found

•Ensuring all relevant documentation is taken and recorded

•Sharing candidate and assignment details with operational staff

•Keeping the business informed of any advertising required

•Maintaining an honest and trusting relationship with the client

•Manage our current and growing pool of HGV Drivers

•Share on-call duties with your colleague

Person Specification:

•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.

•Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills

•Computer literate with experience with Microsoft Office

•A “Can-Do” attitude and willingness to succeed

•Ability of working within a small team and under minimum supervision.

•A good understanding of driver’s hours and working time directive is desired but not essential as training will be given.

•Willingness to go above and beyond for the client’s expectations to meet KPI targets

•Good organisation skills
