Winner Recruitment are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. You will be managing the day to day running of our client sites in Warrington and Winwick, you will also visit our head office in Sutton Coldfield as and when required.

The duties of the Account Manager will include:

  • Responsible for over-seeing the day-to-day running’s of the onsite operation
  • Management of up to 6-8 sites consultants, coordinators and administrators
  • Targets and yields will be achieved through your consistent drive for success and that of your well structured team supporting you
  • Planning and checking consultants daily schedules in line with client requests
  • Selection and registration of candidates
  • Daily and regular communication via email and telephone with all client management levels
  • Ensure daily timesheets are completed in a timely manner
  • Advertising for available vacancies and positions
  • Source suitable candidates for available roles
  • Maintain excellent level of communication with client
  • Maintain and build relationships with the client
  • Manage temporary workers under AWR regulations
  • Oversee the application process from pre-screening to start dates
  • Ensure inductions are conducted in line with the business needs when and where applicable
  • Hold weekly and monthly team talks and meetings
  • Assess and respond to the needs of both the client and candidates
  • Be proactive in scoping the local area for events and deciding factors in relation to the business needs
  • Weekly payroll completed accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with third party contractors
  • Observe and manage all check-ins have coverage
  • Issuing PPE and maintaining stock levels
  • Conducting any disciplinary hearings and/or investigations and Return to Work forms
  • Managing holiday requests fairly and in line with the business needs
  • Supporting the client in line with supporting the adherence of site rules
  • Generating absence cover for all team members
  • Team member reviews completed in a timely manner
  • Regular training and constructive guidance given to consultants and team members of Winner Recruitment Ltd
  • Queries from temporary workers dealt with professionally and effectively
  • Internal/external issues escalated appropriately
  • Servicing and contractual obligations are always met
  • Attend client meetings, conference calls and any other meetings requested by the client
  • On call duties distributed evenly between you and your team
  • Ensure your team members holiday accrual distributed whereby having zero effect on the operational needs
  • Adapting and reacting to the local market and surrounding factors while supporting the client’s business
  • Monitor and assess your team’s development needs throughout the year
  • Implement reasonable structure within your team to allow for a productive working environment

The ideal Account Manager will have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience of onsite recruitment within the logistics and distribution industry
  • The ability to work within a tough and demanding environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Good understanding of all Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular
  • A full UK driving licence

The salary for the role is circa £30,000 plus bonus and fuel allowance

Hours of work are either 8am – 5pm or 9an – 6pm (this role requires you to be on call out of hours)
