Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Outbound Sales Executive to join a leading employee rewards company in Central London, this is such an exciting role for the right candidate, with the opportunity to progress within a successful company and make a lot of money.
You will be required to follow up leads and generate your own leads, booking appointments for the Sales Director to attend and have experience of out bound sales.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and have the drive to never give up, have the ability to hold telephone conversation with decision makers and lead a phone call.
Duties of the Outbound Sales Executive will be:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients from leads given and your own leads
- Securing and booking face to face appointments for the Sales Director to attend and turn onto a sale
- Generating new business with existing and new clients
- Following up leads and generating your own leads
- Creating a sales pipeline of potential clients
- Dealing with decision makers
- Selling the company products and getting potential clients buy in
The ideal Outbound Sales Executive will have:
- Outbound sales or telesales experience
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to be on the phone all day and happy to do that
- A resilient and driven personality
Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary for the role is circa £27,000 plus uncapped commission
