Job Description

Winner Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Nechells.

The duties of the Customer Service Administrator will be:

  • Dealing with customer returns
  • Arranging collections
  • Dealing with deliveries and collections from start to finish
  • Scanning order sheets and picking lists on to clients’ accounts
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving in a professional manner
  • Liaising with onsite contractors
  • Dealing with the processing of sales orders

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and administration experience

The salary for this role is £20,000

The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
