Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Loyalty Sales Manager to join a hugely successful leading membership programme company based in Central London. They provide a range of fantastic rewards, discounts and freebies to their cardholder base.


As the Loyalty Sales Manager you will be required to help, and support companies acquire or retain their customers by selling in my client’s products and services, so previous experience of doing this is essential. You will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient and specialist service to my client’s customers.


If you have sold into SMEs or large Blue-chip companies and have experience selling into industries such as energy, insurance or telecoms, this could be the ideal role for you!!


The Loyalty Sales Manager duties will include:

  • Selling company products and services into SMEs and large Blue-chip companies across the UK
  • Targeting companies who want to acquire or retain their custom
  • Delivering gross profit and winning new business
  • Qualifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Generate business from qualified appointments
  • Uncover, qualify and close business over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving final objectives
  • Building good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Dealing with your own targets and sales forecasting
  • Attending face to face meetings with customers
  • Booking your own appointments
  • Been responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial and customer KPIs and objectives
  • Driving service level performance, sales and retention targets, and quality and customer metrics.
  • Ensuring the company deliver a best-in-class service that supports the brand, reflects its values and drives customer satisfaction to meet and exceed the company targets and ambitions


The ideal Loyalty Sales Manager will have:

  • Previous experience of working and supporting companies that want to retain or acquire their customers
  • Experience selling into energy, insurance or telecoms industries
  • Have previous sales and new business history
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The drive to work independently

The salary for this role is circa £40,000 depending on experience
