Position: Helpdesk Co-ordinator

Salary / Rate: £18k - £20k per annum

Job Description:

Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join a leading facilities management company. They offer installation and maintenance to client buildings across the whole of the UK. You will be an integral part of the head office team, and will be based at their Great Barr site.


Daily Duties of the Helpdesk Co-ordinator include:


Logging of reactive breakdowns onto bespoke system

Assigning/dispatching breakdowns and quoted works to staff members

Scheduling of engineers jobs

Chasing and updating works with sub-contractors

Booking and managing all works with client

Raising of purchase orders

Chasing of parts for quoted works

Chasing of quotes from and updating system

Updating of schedules

Ensure all systems are kept up to date

Administering of contracts

Assisting various departments as and when necessary


The ideal Helpdesk Co-ordinator will have:


Extensive experience within a similar role

Maintenance background


Work to own initiative


Salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000


Hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
