Salary / Rate: £35k - £40k per annum

Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join a global logistics and freight forwarding company based in Essex. You will be a pivotal part of the management team and be responsible for 18 customer service and key account staff ensuring that they are consistently achieving business objectives and able to coach and guide appropriately.
You must be focused on giving customers a great experience and have a strong background in customer service management in a fast moving industry, preferably freight forwarding transport experience.

Salary for this role is circa £40,000
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week.
